claims your (Microsoft) Windows services are out of date and your computer will not work again if you don't pay to renew. they refuse to tell you what version of Windows but vaguely try to claim some pop-up and it's urgent you pay to renew. When asked which version of Windows - XP, 7, Vista, 8 or 10, they can't answer. They tried to press me to give up info to renew, but by this time I knew they were scammers wasting my time and trying to steal my details
