LHI - Logistics Health Inc. They say they are calling to set up a C&P appointment for me and that the Va contracted them.... I’ve been on hold with the DVA for over 30min trying to verify this.... Seeing that they [LHI] called me I told them I would call them back. The rep also urged me to call the Va to verify they are who they say they are..... scamming technology has gotten soo good that they can call you and your caller ID displays the legit company. It’s called spoofing! If the Va sais yes, they contracted them, I will call the number back and try to update this entry. Update: I spoke to Derrick (DVA- Department of Veterans Affairs) Customer Service rep and he said that LHI is being contracted through them to help expedited (disability) claims ~Nikki B.

Veterans Wife

I kept getting calls from this number 866-933-8387. For weeks I did not answer as I don’t answer calls from unknown numbers. Finally I answered and heard their request to set up an appointment, for my Veteran. Told me it was a C&P exam. Right then I knew it was a scammer. I hung up and called our Patient Advocate, VA contact, who has been very helpful in the past. She assured me that it was not from the VA, she looked up my husband’s record and told me what I already knew. My husband is 100% P&T, and will never need another P&T exam. I gave her the number, and will be following up on the scammer. Veterans be diligent, there are bad people out there.
