Started asking me personal info, date of birth (Scam call) reported by


Scam call started out saying she was with my insurance Empire blue cross, but we have a different one, then she started asking me personal information like my birth date to verify my identity. That's where I stopped her and blocked the number from calling back. Obvious Phishing scam!

As others said vm left regarding a " coach call" appt I never made. Called it back from work & a recording answers indicating it is Empire BC/BS. I don't have insurance thru them. Scammers!

Constantly calling and leaving voicemails about supposed healthcare benefits- yeah no, my insurance company is great and I want no part of whatever scam they’re running. 1. They don’t identify the company they’re supposedly calling from, 2. They don’t explain wtf a “coach call” is or leave any info besides “this is a scheduled coach call to discuss your healthcare benefits” and leaves a callback number. That’s it. That’s not how healthcare companies operate at ALL. 3. Getting you to call the number back is how they get you. Don’t answer, even to tell them not to call. Don’t call back. Just block.
