TD agent called on increasing the limit on my credit card, didn't ask for any account details just confirming personal data. After the call was over I saw the increase on my credit card limit.

Its not a scam caller or anything like that. It's an actual person from TD asking if you want to enrol in their critical insurance plan. Can simply tell them no and theyll stop calling. I called the bank to confirm it was them and they could see the history of the call and conversation. No one is trying to rob you.

Called and I answered and she asked if she was speaking to "my name" said it's TD and asked if I have few minutes as they want to go over a promotion available to me. I said no and asked her to email or mail it to me and she said they can't do that. I hung up, did not disclose any information, I suspect its a scam call

Did a bank transaction at the TD Bank today. A few hours later I’m getting a call from this phone number! Find this very very suspicious! Something is fishy about this. This is leading me to believe that someone is illegally accessing the banks records or being alerted somehow that you’ve just just completed a bank transaction! I’ll be calling the bank with my complaint about this sketchy crap! The person who called left a voicemail but they didn’t say their name or phone number or say anything at all. All I heard was somebody smacking their lips together while they were eating food. Real classy!

She called me saying she was from TD Bank and wanted to talk to me about a program I was eligible for. And I answered with a question: Program? and then she said yes, and hung up the phone. I quickly suspected it was a scam. I was also suspicious at first when she greeted me because she chuckled which did not sound professional and the truth is that I was suspicious from the beginning.

I didn't answer but called back on Skype to see what it was. If you call the number back there is only a brief message saying: "this is TD Bank, we recently tried calling you for promotional purposes. This wasn't an urgent call" and then it hangs up. I wound up just blocking the number because it's not TD's main number.

I received calls from multiple numbers, each leaving the same robot message about having debt with "ARO" a debt collection company. I know for a fact that the only debt I have is a small amount on my credit card with my bank that I pay off every time before I use it. When I googled the company it seems to be a real company so it maybe someone pretending to work for ARO especially considering that other complaints about this number said that it was a "TD call"

scam all the way. TD doesn't list their name as "TD Bank" when they call--it would be a lot more specific, i.e. which dept. is calling (TD financial, TD life, etc.)... don't be fooled by it seeming official. Block and move on.

That 1877248949 Number just called, asked if it was me, I said maybe, what is this concerning and they hung up immediately. Felt like a scam call, I called my bank's 1800 number and he assured me they wouldn't call and hang up with any doubt, that they'd ask the security questions, but most of all that they would send a text message first if there was something really wrong with my account. Scammers at it again. He did sound convincing though, but I guess that's how they catch people. When in doubt, call the 1-800 number on the back of your card for customer service for they would know if there's any notes on your account

This is actually TD Canada Trust. They ensured me that they would not ask for personal information. They also told me the exact date I opened a bank account with them (which was over 15 years ago). They are advertising life insurance programs.

It is not a scam call. It is the promotions department for TD Canada Trust. They just wanted to let me know about some new exclusive promotions ie, no annual fee credit cards, travel rewards and many more.
