Call back after checking with Pivot insurance who is a company they represent, wanted to talk to the original agent, instead talked with a smart mouth obviously little boy because a man trying to sell insurance would not talk like such an ****. Got very mad at me when I said I contacted Pivot insurance wanted to know why I did that and just started yelling at me. Told me they did not want to do business with me and to never call there again. I contacted my bank and had them stop any payments to them even though I never signed anything, just thought it was best to do. The original man I talked with was very nice and helpful, to bad once person had to ruin it for him

Clicked on line on an add for a free health insurance quote. He was kind at first, condescending as the conversation progressed. When I told him that I needed to speak with my husband before finalizing a decision, ie, making a commitment, he insisted that I set up the “paperwork” now and that he would postdate it until I could call back with a final answer from my husband. He kept coming back at me with rebuttals in attempt to close the deal. I refused. If a sales person loses their temper and starts to get agitated, they don’t get my business. Something is wrong when the kindness turns to agitation. He abruptly ended the call once it was obvious to him that I would not surrender any of my account information. Needless to say, I will not call them back and I will not conduct any business with them, ever.

Called a health ins. exchange. These people called back and pressured for bank information. Represented as health ins, signed up for a poor health plan at $80 and life insurance of for $150. Called back to cancel after getting nothing in e-mail and doing more reasearch. They told me that that department was closed Friday afternoon, call back Monday morning. Got high pressure argument Monday, they said it was cancelled (without transferring me to another department). We'll see if I still get charged.

They said I could get low cost health insurance I needed for my wife who was just diagnosed with diabetes and high blood pressure. I stupidly gave my banking info. And was told it would not be charged to my bank until Friday. This was Monday. I called same day to cancel because I found out this was only a discount on your office visits coupled with some sort of life insurance, and not health insurance at all. they said it was canceled I checked my account on Wednesday to find a pending amounts $137.02 and $118 for occidental life insurance. I called at 7pm and was told by nowa he was an answering service call back tomorrow the order was canceled.

They will try and push you to give your bank account information and sign up for a policy. I was told I could not get an insurance quote until I paid a fee and gave my bank account information. They speak very fast, you will be transferred to several different people. I was assured I could cancel and no money would be taken from my account for 2 weeks. Within two days my bank had a draft notice. When I tried to cancel I was yelled out, intimidated and berated on the phone. They also told me I had to have a life insurance policy as part of the package. These people are dishonest and will do what ever it takes to get your money because they work on commission. Be careful!!!!
