Robo call that starts off with automated message. When you hang up, you don't get disconnected, the message keeps running no matter how many times you hang up. DO NOT ANSWER. If you have an emergency, they will still be on the line.

this is from full sail university and it's super annoying, they really want me to join their school but this is a non profit school so if you spend a lot of money on this school and take classes and want to switch to another school, it's impossible because they don't transfer your credits or anything. the school itself is a scam.
