Zip Recruiter scam "Account Suspended" (Scam call) reported by


The email was not addressed to anybody from zip recruiter. so they seem to write blank "you are suspended" to victims. The threat is directed at whoever reads the email and is unsigned. And it arrives Saturday Dec. 26, and then Sunday Dec. 27 when it is the weekend and no one (even at zip recruiter) is working. Its clear abuse of potential victims.

ZipRecruiter continuously mails us their SCAM postal mailings after repeatedly asking them to remove us from their mailing list AND they keep calling our business. When we initially signed up with them for their Free offer, they immediately tried to scam us for $495 claiming that it was simply a hold on our credit card if we didn't cancel our Free Trial after 10 days. Told them that their postcard that they mailed to use didn't state anything of the sort, and that they are trying to pull a Bait and Switch. (Check their BBB reviews, LOTS of people rating them bad for Bait and Switch, False Advertising, etc.) We have repeatedly contacted them to remove us from both their Postal Mailing List AND from their Phone Calling List, yet they KEEP calling and mailing us. We want NOTHING to do with this company and want all contact from them to STOP. They have refused. Any calls from them are now being reported to the FCC and the Police as harassment. They also use different mailing addresses, but the main one they send stuff from is 18047 Beach Blvd, Ste 1007, Huntington Beach, CA 92648.
