BEWARE !!! - caller claimed to be with amazon.com claimed to be calling about an order they could not deliver, caller could not verify or access my amazon account with my phone number which told me they were not amazon as amazon has always been able to access my account with only my phone number when I call them. I then started chat session with amazon rep on amazon website, amazon rep confirmed it was not an amazon number and caller was not amazon, told me to hang up and NOT to give the caller ANY information !!!

Called and left a voice mail saying it was Amazon calling to confirm delivery information. Our Amazon account is not and never has been linked to my phone number, so they are no legit.

I got a voicemail saying it was Amazon calling about a delivery attempt. No order number. I called the number back, got a text to supposedly verify me. I logged into Amazon. Was transferred to a real person who said I should have been given an order number, and he could find no record of why Amazon would have called me. I immediately changed my password.

I did not include the space number for the delivery destination, they not only updated the destination info for that specific delivery but for the rest of the scheduled deliveries!

This is Amazon! They called in response to several complaints. Three deliveries in a row were either left at the wrong house, or were returned to the seller. Finally a customer service representative who lives in my area called to find out exactly where I lived so she could correct their map.

Reported missed delivery because of address. I was already aware of this. She was able to redirect the package. I'd received a call earlier identified as Amazon, where the driver said he was lost. That is why I believe this an authentic communication.

This was a call from Amazon delivery. We have a gated community and they called to ask how to enter to deliver the package. I had scheduled a delivery beteeen 4-8 AM when no secirity guards are present to let delivery people in. This was a legit call
