Called me and asked a few questions to verify that I am the right person asked my name, if the card number ended **** the expiration date on my card, then asked the last 4 digits of my ssn I didn’t give them that I asked what is this about and they said someone was trying to use your card number and can not give you anymore info until You verified yourself I told them that I would go to the bank personally because I didn’t know if this was a scam they said ok and make sure you do. So I went to my bank and told them the story they looked into it and told me that the number was a real call not a fake one someone was trying to use my card number at Publix in Orlando for $2,003 glad they caught that anyways they gave me a new card. So this is a real call not a fake but it’s always good to go to your bank and check to make sure because you never know!

I have had them call several times about unusual activity on my debit card. They work with my Credit Union to prevent unauthorized transactions. They will give you some transaction info and you will let them know if they are yours or if they seem fraudulent. Legit.
