This place calls me every day. The first couple times I answered and explained that with the way the covid crises came down on my family, I could barely keep up with the present bills, let alone an old debt. Instead of understanding that many families are dealing with hard times right now and politely leaving me alone for a little bit, at least till my life can go back to normal, these people call me every day. I have since blocked the number but my phone still shows me the date and time they try to get thru to me. That being said, they barely ever miss a day and sometimes call 3 times a day. I understand trying to settle a debt but this is harassment. There should be laws governing these issues.

They claimed to be calling for an unpaid ATT bill. Funny thing is, Att calls me and Ive been working with them to pay the balance down so I am unsure what these folks think they are going to get from me when its obvious they are trying to **** my wallet. They must get a list of people that are behind on bills or sent to collections and work off of that list claiming to be which ever company and collecting the money for themselves. What a joke. Just be nice as pie and tell them you are sending the money right away, and no, im not sending you a gift card to pay off a bill. lol....

Looking for my husband about a “business matter”. Told her he was very ill and can’t speak to anyone, lol. Asked if I could help her, she said she would call back but never gave a reason why! Said she would be waiting a long time, and would end up speaking with me from here on in. If she couldn’t tell me what the matter was about, then she was flat out of luck. Blocked the call and reporting it here.

they asked for me by name the i asked switch one you looking for. there are a total of 10 ppl in my family that have the same first an last name. range from great cousins too 5th cousins. an the thing of it is they are using legit companies names to get you to answer.

The woman who called me was very rude. I asked her who was speaking she asked to speak to (Ashley) I told her I wasn't saying anything until she told me who she was with. She then said fine I'll call back later and hung up. One day I had 25 calls from this number.

Yes! The first time they called me it was a silent call. They just started calling me for my fiance last week. I finally answered this “Franklin” call, and the man did just as everyone says. But I told him it was the wrong number since he couldn’t tell me what it was about. I guess I’ll find out tomorrow if they’ll continue calling.

They are real. ATT and other companies use Franklin as their debt collecting company. The people are so rude and I refuse to pay because of this BS!!!

Due to all the spam calls coming to my phone each day, I no longer answer my phone unless it's someone in my contacts. If it's not a spam or nuisance call, they will leave a message. I block all numbers that do not leave a message. My last cell phone got hacked because I answered a spam call. Based on all the comments, this number is blocked from my phone.
