Yes, this is a scam. I've never been contacted directly by AT&T either my mail or by phone for any debt. This harassing/scam call has been going on for at least 6 months. You would think that if this was a legit I'd be given written warnings. When I owed on a parking ticket in Galveston I was sent 3-4 notices about it and I eventually paid. Yes, this is a scam.
