Finnaly answered this Direct TV. Call after not answering it for several days,I said hello I could hear someone go shhhh.real quiet and they never said anything,so I hung up and blocked it!

Don’t listen. Tells u they are recording. When u say not interested, they get nasty. Then continue to call early Sat morning, around 9 on Tues night, etc. When I return the call to just make it stop (and me thinking it is Directv at first), leave a message is only option... you’d think these morons would at least have a voice answering service saying it was indeed Directv! ****. I can’t figure out the scam, they never leave a message and about impossible to get them off the phone without hanging up. Just block these annoying pests. Directv will email and mail their offers.

Had several calls & if u call back, you get basic msg for you to leave a msg. Sometime they've left a msg and say they are offering 50% off my Directv bill and extra free channels. Call back to the number on your caller ID. When I've looked the number up, it's supposedly coming from a cell phone in the Carribean.

A man named Mark Johnson with a very thick Indian accent stated my social security number is suspended and needed to verify my phone number and name. I told him he should know it since he called me. He said I could tell him my first name and he would tell me the last name. I gave him my first name and he said my last name but gave my maiden name. I informed him that it was not my last name. He said I was lying and that he wished me good on using the suspended number. I’ve been called 3 times from this number this week saying they were direct tv twice and social security today. Unbelievable, what a scam! Blocked!
