Yes they are. I used to work for them. We had a call so many people and make so many renewals per night. Most stressful job I ever had.

For everybody posting here, it is not a scam. We had to ask for your debit card so we could renew you, common sense. Most people didn’t want to do it because people don’t like giving out their debit card over the phone. With that said, we had to have at least 12 renewals per night to meet our quota. I really didn’t care if you renewed. I just wanted your number on my quota.
