Unsolicited call-left no message. Called them back from another number-foreigner responded as OnStar services. Asked why they are calling and not leaving a message. Said they didn't call me. I argued that they did. Rep continued to dispute my claim even though I copied and pasted the number from one phone to another-so it was the number that called me. I yelled not to call me anymore if they cannot leave a message!!!

I first went to Onstar Chat. No, you must call an agent directly at 888-466-7827. Nothing they can do, as he said number has nothing to do with Onstar. THEN, he promised to sent report to cyber desk for further investigations. I even mentioned having to dump my existing phone number as they are jamming my cellular message box, and burning airtime and cell time for nothing. thanks for your patience. I find hangup calls annoying. They are an attempt to get around telemarketing laws regarding annoyance calls like these. I never answer until left a message identifying the caller and their reason for calling. Are you listening, OnStar?

It's the same call I get every year to renew my Onstar and the payment goes out to Onstar so it's legit. The only reason I can think of that they would call people without accounts is they have the wrong number. I used to get calls for some lady about her prescriptions and mortgage because she gave out my number everywhere even for in store rewards.
