Says they’re TCF bank for fraud prevention but I don’t have a tcf account and haven’t in years. It’s a scam don’t believe them. All the reviews on here that are positive is fake. I talked to someone that has them and they said Tcf only do it through email or you calling them.

That isn't true at all. This is the primary way unauthorized transactions are dealt with for TCF and this is the official TCF bank fraud prevention number.
