I did not answer the call because I did not recognize the number. The message went to voicemail. Without identifying themselves on the message, they said "We are calling to refund your money..." They have done this routine an multiple days, different numbers, all of which I've blocked, with the same message. Obvious scam... next some Nigerian prince is going to send me my inheritance...

They still want to take control over the team player and once they have control they force a sale of a useless app. I cannot figure out how to keep them from taking control of my computer. I have denied there attempts. I will be taking my computer to a local computer company to get it cleaned up.

This is a total scam and they want to gain control of your computer. Don't do it.

Yes....this is a scam......they got into my parents computer and locked it up.....and won't unlock until they paid for a 1 or 2 year service agreement. They thought they were going to an HP website for help with their new printer and this was the phone number listed that came up in the first search on Google. Having to take their computer in and hope it can be retrived......
