Looked like a call from PSE. Was a robocall that said my power was going to be shut off. I pressed 1 to talk to someone and they said I had to pay $1,000 for an upgraded meter. Said they had tried to contact me before and they couldn’t believe I didn’t get the original mailings. Said someone was coming out right now to change the new meter and I needed to pay. It’s a scam.

Company spoofing PSE, shows as "City of Woodnvll" on caller ID. Asks user to press `1 to speak to an agent to avoid shutoff "within 30-40 minutes". PSE is not part of the city of woodinville and will never ask you to do this. Scam. Don't answer, don't pay.

Caimed to be a Puget Sound Energy rep, that my bill was overdue, and that my gas would be shut off within 30 minutes. You might take the call and get a call back number that you can send on to Puget Sound Energy. Evidently the scammer has some type of technology that allows them to show the Puget Sound Energy customer service phone number. If in doubt, I always hang up on a scammer and call the real service provider to verify what's going on.
