This is a total SCAM call. Someone has spoofed a PSE number. This company has swindled several people out of millions of dollars with threats that they need to pay by gift card or money order in order to keep their power from being cut. Several people have contacted the police and the PSE to report them. If you go to the PSE website you will find a fraud alert as well as an example of what their bills look like. Block this number.
