First it was a pre-recorded message that it was a documented call and that I had to appear by the end of business or else papers would be filed for a lawsuit. Choose option 1 to speak with a representative. They actually called from 7 different numbers but when I finally got someone to tell me the number to reach them at as all the numbers they called me from were "no longer in service" this was the number she gave me. They have claimed to be ERS Mediation, Parks and Associates, and the inhouse legal dept of ERS. They asked for the last 4 of my social and got very upset when I wouldn't confirm my name or any other pertinent information.
