Cloned tel no and evasive about identity (Debt collector) reported by Brett B
If you are a debt collector that's fine, we all need to earn a living, but debt collection is perceived as extremely shady and with questionable practices employed by some...so this company using masked/cloned/fake tel nos that appear on your caller ID designed to make it look as a local call is, at the least, suspicious. And when questioned, operators/agents have been profane, rude, hostile and evasive. Also, they have called me on multiple occasions even though I have told them that I am not the person for whom they are seeking. I keep taking their calls in order to get an operator to slip and reveal their true identity, and today they did. "Courtney" (sp?) let slip their name and telephone number...she'll probably be disciplined or terminated for that, because now I am posting it. "ERS Mediation" or "Parks and Associates" and maybe other names. Be aware.
