This was a debt collection agency. I got a call from a courier, that left this number to call for a schedule change in case I was unable to sign for some documents, which I did. The man on the other end was extremely rude, kept raising his voice over me, expected payment, etc. I calmly told him I called to make a schedule change for the delivery of the documents. He then accused me of denying what he was saying, which I was not. I made a simple request for a schedule change, and he was not providing it. He became even more aggressive, and said he was going 'hard on me'. Again stated I just needed a schedule change, on a day I will be home (cause I do work). He shouted out days, agreed on one, and he hung up. Very rude.

Call was actually for a family member, guy said his name was Dustin Fillmore. He left a message saying he was a courier out of my county & he had documents that the family member had agreed to provide a signature for, he would be out to my residence tomorrow between 11-3 to get the agreed upon signature.No other info provided, other then to return a call to reschedule, call 888-202-9545 (he called from 434-485-5471)

What called back they ask for SS number I say scam (Silent call) reported by


When called back it immediately asked for Your SS number or account number but doesn't say what company, so it eventually says press 8 if you don't have then a human comes on and asks for both SS number and account number and when you ask who they are they say they can't provide that information!!!! I said you can't tell me who you work for she said account services, I said account services for who she said she couldn't provide that information until I gave her either my SS number or account number, I said I have lots of account numbers but if I don't know who you are how am I supposed to provide that information lol she said she could look it up with my SS number so total SCAM

this is exactly what happened to me. they said calling from credit card services and can only verify from social security number. I told her fine once you tell me what company you calling from I will decided to give you my social security number or not. she just kept saying she needs my social to look up why they are calling but would not tell me what company scam
