I ask who is calling and they say it id in regards to an important business matter. Then ive always hung up. Answered twice once was from a local number but same guy. Has called from multiple numbers.

Wanted me to give the first 5 digits of my social said she would provide the last 4.. reference to a letter from IRS but wouldn't tell me where it was sent. Wanted me to provide address as well. Was very vague. Will research further.
