Robocall saying Verizon account was suspended (but yet their call came through) and to press 1. I hung up the phone and blocked the number. I have had my phone disconnect by Verizon before and believe me they don't call you to tell you they are going to do it first.

Said there was an order on hold but wouldn't tell me want for and that the towers were being updated so he might loose me. Yeah I was stupid enough to wait till he dropped the call. Ugh, I hope this doesn't cost me later.

Verizon Wireless suspended account (Scam call) reported by


The automated message said my Verizon Wireless had been suspended and asked that I press 1 to verify my account. First, if my account had been suspended how come your call went through? That was the first red flag. Then I pulled my my Verizon app and I did not see anything unusual on my account. Third: I have never been late paying my bill so why would my account be suspended? Just some common sense made me hang up and not answer any questions for this scammers!

They said they was Verizon from the fraudulent department and after I give my info. I started getting worried and called Verizon and I talked the the fraudulent department and they told me that it was a scam and that Verizon never calls a person asking for your info. That is how you know it's a scam! Dont answer the phone and give out your info.

This number called and claimed to be a Verizon account verification call. The caller looks to have been spoofed to show verizon as the caller. I called it back after hanging up and it immediately goes into prompts to 'determine' if you're eligible for a 'new offer' with no mention of who the company is.

Someone called me asking to reset my password on my verizon wireless account because someone had purchased 2 iphones on my account. They sent me a text to "reset my password" and asked me to repeat the number i received as the temp password. I got a weird feeling about it so i hung up and googled the number and clearly it has a negative rating! I'm glad i hung up when I did !
