Suspending my Verizon service due to verification (Robocall) reported by


Received call from an automated caller stating my Verizon services Wes being suspended due to verification! And for me to enter the last 4 numbers of my social security number. I hung up. Called the number back and get a automated Verizon recording with instructions. I pressed the number selection and was o hold for a while. I then called the Verizon regular number I have in my contacts and I heard the same automated message and instructions and placed on hold again. Still never spoke to a Rep. So I hung up. Nothing about this seems right at all. My prepaid plan is paid and current. They said it was suspended in the first call made to me, but I still can use my phone. I just pray my phone hasn't been Hacked Again! I wish there was someone to help us with matters like this. It's ridiculous to have to deal with such mess as this.
