Caller said he was from CRA. Threatened that everything I own would be taken, if I did not pay up. Told him he was a scammer and not with CRA at all. He hung up right away.

This call from this number is so annoying that even in the middle of the night keeps on calling, although I didn't answer, always lefts a recorded messages to call back from this number immediately if not I will face a consequences. Is there anything possible the CRTC could block from their subscriber this number from tel.service providers?????

These two scared the crap out of my wife, telling here she was going to go to jail, that she couldn't talk to me about it, they had a strong case against her for $5000 worth of fraud and it would cost her $95000 to try and fight it in court. When I got home from work I decided to give them a few calls and they hung up on me on every occasion. They last guy even called me a Mother Fuc* and that I was wasting his time and that my intentions were not good.........so then I set my fax machine on as many repeat dials as it can do and sent them a fax. I think they got the message. My wife's last name starts with D and mine is L.......maybe they will be calling for me in a week or so.

J'ai reçu un appel d'un type disant appeler de Revenu Canada pour que je me trouve un avocat afin de régler un montant de 2900$ pour taxe dues de 2008 à 2012. Il a dit que son appel est enregistré. À ma demande de parler en français, il a dit que non c'est en anglais seulement. C'est un appel frauduleux....

Pretended to be CRA and wanted to know if I had a lawyer. They sent an officer to my home and since no one was there will send the police. I could hardly understand him. He said his name was John Martin and his ID # is 7994.

I knew it was scam because I checked the number before calling them....they answered the call 'revenue Canada' and I asked if it really was and he replied What do you think? When I said I thought it was scam, he asked me why I called and I said I just wondered how he slept at nigt!?! he told me that he takes pills. I hung up after I said he should be ashamed threatening people and perhaps taking advantage of the elderly. I wonder if Revenue Canada is looking into this!?

They said have strong case against me that I have cheated on tax in 2009 and 2014, there is legal proceedings. and the legal doc was delivered to my residence on March 10. the speaks are two with strong Indian or Pakistan accent, they said they are CRA officer. they want me walk to wall mart to to by ITUNES gift card amounts to 5000 dollars that CRA officer will come to my residence to deliver the legal documentation. From here I realized that this is a fraud.

Said they were calling about my taxes. Could not understand broken english - told them i did not mean to be rude but I could not understand them - asked them to put someone else on the line...the told me to "go to hell" and hung up.

This phone number called my senior citizen mother. They claimed to be Revenue Canada and stated that they had a case against her. Searching this number brought up nothing that would tie it to revenue Canada or any other government agency.
