Complete laughable scam. I even tried to act like I wanted to give them money to go away. They didn't even want that. So I don't even know what the whole purpose of it was. All Indian, but with names like Jordan, Tom, Mike, etc. I had some fun with them today.

OMG! I just called this number back and told them I was going to have them arrested and that the IRS does not call people they send everything via certified mail. They hung up on me.

Sounded like a foreigner, Britain,who was trying very hard to speak clear English. Said I would be arrested for tax fraud and that this case was registered in the federal claim courthouse so called them before "we get you arrested". That this was extremely serious and time sensitive that you call back this criminal attorney. They called on my cell phone.

Received recorded voicemail message stating from IRS time sensitive-wished me good luck as legal petition is being filed for tax evasion/fraud, - please call to find out more. Whatever......scum! I've blocked the call. Also interesting that I recd a call 2 hrs before from 980-819-2668 (Charlotte,NC) area but didn't leave message.

Very aggressive and threatening foreigner claiming to be FBI & IRS agents that are going to arrest you for tax fraud and evasion. They even go so far as to say that they have been to your house on a certain day and you refused to answer the door and have pictures of your house. They want to know if you have a criminal attorney. Very extreme tactics to try and get your information a nd money. Reported to the IRS and police.

Caller with Asian accent said I had made a major error on my tax return. If I did not provide personal information the police would come to my door and drag me to the police station. I told him it was a scam and hung up.

some guy with an Indian accent claims to be from the Internal Revenue Service. I've had no mail from the Internal Revenue Service, and so I think this is a scam.

We had the same call twice today. He ended up hanging up on us when my husband started asking questions. Later he called back and swore at my husband when my husband said he didn't believe he worked for the IRS, then he hung up again.
