Automated call followed up by a bank representative. This was legit.

Call appeared to be from the real NFCU customer service number, but when he started asking for passwords, I said I'd call back. The real NFCU had no record of the call to me, nor where there any of these fraudulent charges from Miami, as the caller had said.
