trying to get me to meet a personal health trainer but since this service keeps allowing it to go to voicemail, I had to spend 20 minutes on the phone getting them to take me off their call list!

Cigna insurance: If you have Cigna medical insurance, this is a prerecorded message asking you to call to get a personal health coach. At least in my employer's case, it is part of what I pay for. You can call the number mentioned in the recording and tell them to stop calling.
