PRETENDS to be Cigna's Healthspring, wants you to give them personal information to verify your identity, then if you don't respond asks you to call then back to "discuss treatment options." But the phone numbers aren't Cigna, and Cigna says the calls aren't from them.

I didn't answer; robocall left a vm message. VM said it was Cigna Healthspring wanting to discuss all my diagnoses, prescriptions, and health treatment plans (I have 1 diagnosis/1 prescription, and that prescription IS my treatment plan). Told me to call back and enter my full name, birthdate, and ss# when prompted. NOPE. I do have Cigna for my Part D prescription coverage, but they have no business asking me about any of that. If they don't like that my doc prescribed something, they need to talk to her directly. And she won't divulge anything other than the fact that she has determined I need that specific prescription. She will make THEM tell HER what my name, birthdate, and ss# are before she even talks to them. So, based on the message left, I say it's a scam.
