I answered call and the other end started ringing. Whoever, (whatever!), picked up and I said nothing. It must've known I was listening on the other end as it started talking and what I heard sent chills up my spine. It was at first static then I could make out this voice that was garbled at first, but as it became clearer and I could make out what it was saying, I swear this THING did not sound human. It spoke in a very low monotone robotic like voice, it sounded evil and what it said has me truly scared. It said my time had come or something like it and it was going to take great pleasure in snuffing me out. Then it growled. After that I thought it hung up only to hear what sounded like it put me thru to another extension where I heard what sounded like 2 or three people arguing but the audio was so garbled I couldn't make it out. I just hung up. Very scary to me.

Caller claim they are the federal government giving out free loans ($9000.00). When asked why would the government provide me with a free loans, the caller hang up on me. When you call this number back, it is disconnected.

I have been harassed by these people during the day. They only want to scam you for your information to steal you identification. Do not answer this number at all! Unless your stupid and wish to have a debt that is not yours. I never answer the call, I looked up the number and found sites that say the same thing I am now. BEWARE!

Called me and told me the government randomly selected me and 1500 other people for federal funding for home/life improvement. Told me I won $9000 in a federal grant with no strings attatched. I let her go on her little rant and gave me a phone number to call so I could get my money. She then said I have 20 to 25 minutes to go to a cvs/walgreens/711 to pick up my money because theveryone government wants to get rid of the money now and doesn't want to hold onto it any longer. She told me however because she was calling from Washington DC that thereally was a time difference and I only had 14 minutes to get to this place because banks close. First of all, I live in a new jersey.. there is no time zone difference from here and Washington dc. Second of all, she called me at 7:06.. almost every single bank is closed by then. Third of all the government doesn't just give out free money to do whatever I want with it. However if the government was going to give me money for no reason, they wouldn't of been giving me a short time frame like so and they would've used a working number. If you call the number back it tells you it's not in service. After I hung up with her I looked up the number on here and saw it was a fake. She called me back 5 minutes later to see why I didn't call the number yet and I got into a screaming match with her. They are foreigners with heavy accents, it was hard to understand her the entire time I talked with her, but I wanted to see the extent of their scam so I played it out like I was going to follow through with it all. However what made me feel uneasy was the fact that she new my full name and exact address. I do not know how they were so on point about that, but I didn't like that at all - especially with all that's been going on withe the world lately, that's the last thing I need.

I answered. I let her talk. Mainly because I'm behind on student loan payments. So I just listened. Am then she said something about 7200 people were chosen for 9000 issued by the government that never has to be paid bank. Then proceeded to say it could be deposited in my bank account today or picked up somewhere I didn't understand. I said how many people do you actually get to go along with your scam on a daily basis and she hung up. I laughed.

I answered a call from this number, they asked me to confirm my name and then told me that I qualified for some kind of $9000 government grant that was not related to schooling, not a loan and nothing I had applied for. Even if the government did this, the caller would not have a heavy middle eastern accent. When I said no thank you politely, the caller said "fu*k you" and hung up.

The same thing happen to me. I said I know this is a scam no one ever just gives you a $9,000 grant out of the blue and the accent was very strong! Do not give them your information!
