I called back, it says it’s with Regions Bank and the call may be an attempt to collect a debt. It says it has verified my phone number but it wants me to enter my 9 digit SS. My whole #, not just the last 4. So I hung up right then.

Called to inform me my checking account was overdrawn for 6 days. It had been taken care of today. It's an automated call and until they get confirmation the account is in good standing it will continue to call.
