Call to Australian mobile phone, Indian male voice saying "I am calling from Prominent Research, am I speaking to [my name] from [company I worked for 10 years ago]. My manager wants to confirm details to send you invitation" I responded - no longer working for that company. He ubruptly hung up. Untrained manner of caller suggests could be scam call, but hard to say. If scam call then presumably trying to record voice for fraudulent voice authentication or voice response reuse. Have blocked number on mobile phone.

Same here, some Indian accent male called and asked my name ,once I confirmed my nmae, then he asked whether I work for the company I do, as soon I said, yes, immediately he hung up the call. I got anxious and called back, but the call remains engaged . I am worried after seeing these reviews.

Some lady with weird accent called, asing me whether I was working for company (x), actually stating the company I am currently working for. After I answer, she hang up the call. It was a rather strange experience. I would advise everyone who gets a call from that number to not answer and rather ignore it. I have no idea what these guys are after but I very much doubt that it is genuine.
