I called the number back and a foreign sounding person answered and said, "IRS." Which, I've spoken to and it's impossible to call and get someone. When I asked him what it was in regards to he said, "would you like to suck my ****?" then he hung up. I called two more times and he was completely ridiculous when I called.

Per recorded message IRS is filing a lawsuit and was advised to call 714-551-0173. Called twice but no response. HOAX!!!

Just call them back until they answer and start hurling insults at them - it's hilarious these * scammers get immediately offended if you call them sand *, they probably very proud they are not *... :D
