Did not give them any information but told them they were scammers and to stop calling. They immediately hung up.

Yep, a computerized voice saying it's the "final notice" from the IRS that they're filing a lawsuit. #1 they don't call you with this stuff, they send letters in the mail. #2 there would be an actual person, not a computer. #3 this is an old phone number we had through MagicJack that was never disconnected so we still get the occasional scam call, but this hasn't been our phone number in at least 5 years.

Didn't answer and the left a computer generated message stating that they are the IRS and this is my final notice that they are filing a lawsuit against me. Obvious scam and the # doesn't match that of the regional IRS office in the area code.

Claims to be IRS and have filed lawsuit against me. I called the number back and a lady answered "Internal Revenue Service". When I asked to verify who they were she hang up. Another IRS scam!

they called our number at 4 oclock in the morning waking up two elderly people. Let the phone ring and ring and ring still didn't answer it because it said California call. I*IOTS!!!
