Voice mail said they were the IRS suing me. I called them back and played with them. I asked how much money I owe. They said it was not a money collection call but that I better sign the papers they mailed me. I said what if I don't sign and he hung up. I called back 10 more times and they did not answer, just kept hanging up on me.

glad I looked this number up, because it seems like this was definitely a scam. IRS would send a letter as opposed to an automated call, and also if they did call, the number would be marked as a government call.
