Caller asked me to go through a few Windows screens, I answered his questions. Eventually, he asked if I wanted him to fix my computer for me. I said "no thank you". He responded by calling me "crazy" and said that I was "wasting his time". I reminded him that he was the one that called me. He responded by repeatedly calling me "crazy" and telling me to "go f*** myself".

Caller had my correct last name but asked to speak with "Mr".... about issues with computer. I told him "Mr..." couldn't be reached thru me due to divorce....then he started asking me why I got divorced and that he could help me....super creepy...told him not to call again and threatened reporting to police...He didn't care & kept asking weird questions. Had accent and could hear chatter in background. Lasted 40 seconds

727 498 0506 have called over the months. I block they call. I gave up being frustrated. I just don't pick up when phone rings. A few times I have called my PG&E. They said too many scammers out there.

Man with Hindu accent who said was from Microsoft Tech Support. He said he was calling because my computer was showing multiple errors. I stated that I was not having any issues. He said I wasn't yet but it would be happening. He wanted to walk me through the problem. I hung up on him and have since blocked the call.

Man with Hindu accent said his name was Brian with Microsoft Tech Support. He said he was calling because my computer was showing multiple errors. I called him a scammer and he got defensive and said he just wished to help me resolve the errors. I told him that I was pretty tech savvy and have not seen any issues. He did know that I had the brand of computer and the operating system. both of which are fairly common so it could have been a lucky guess. I told him that if I should have any trouble that I would initiate contact with Microsoft myself and that I would not accept so called help from an inbound, unsolicited caller. I then told him I was on the National Do Not Call Registry and he promptly hung up on me.

I have to admit, very convincing. I've been having computer issues recently and they called and explained they service Windows 10 and have been receiving reports that I have "Errors" that needed to be cleaned up. I was suspicious but they knew everything about me- my name, address, obviously my cell phone and my computer ID number. The man even showed me how to get my computer ID number. I ended the "session" but am afraid I may have gone too far. We'll see!

Claimed to be from Microsoft tech department, heavy Indian accent. A quick Google shows that this has been a scam for a few years now.
