OFFERING A COVID - 19 BUSINESS RELIEF LOAN. HE ASKED FOR THE PREVIOUS OWNERS FROM 6 YEARS AGO. I ADVISED THEY DIDN'T OWN THE COMPANY ANYMORE. HE THEN ASKED FOR WHO EVER WOULD TALK TO HIM ABOUT A LOAN. I OFFERED TO TRANSFER TO THAT PERSON'S VOICEMAIL AS SHE WAS OUT TO LUNCH. HE QUICKLY HUNG UP THE PHONE.
