This is a legit business. Not a scam. If people weren't dodging their Bill's they may not have their panties in a wad. Medical bills get high and its understandable but these people work with you of you let them know you need the help. Avoiding and calling them scammers because you owe medical facilities money isn't right. Or getting mad because sometimes human error occurs and insurance doesnt get ran properly. Speak to people and let them help take care of it. Instead of being rude to these callers

Just called me about a bill I have and the payment isn’t done until June 9th and it’s only June 1st. Don’t turn my name over to debt collectors until I’m pass due, which I never am. I pay my bills and pay them on time.

I don't owe anybody any money. They just called and hung up. Sounds like a scam to me.

Debt is owed by the people that had my number before me, I guess. Never been treated at the facility it names. It is always a recording. Please dont assume that people are dodging bills. Makes me wonder if you work for this organization....

These people have called my parents up to 4 times in one day. The people who work there are the worst scum I've ever spoken to and it is clear they get off on being abusive. Turns out that my parents did pay, the payment was sitting in someone's inbox and wasn't processed. I hope like hell these people get COVID and drop dead soon. Prisons have better human beings than the women on the phones at this place. I agree with the above post, the person who says people are "dodging their Bill's" (not even a literate person), obviously is one of the subhumans working at this joke of a place.

I called the number back after screening the call. They were looking to collect unpaid debt from hospital expense. I was unaware of debt and they are sending out a new invoice. This is legit despite the negative comments.

God to know. I am in debt because they didn’t tell me until two days before surgery that I was going to have any bill and insurance didn’t cover all or close to all of it. Couldn’t give up the chance because it took me over a year before they said it was approved. I would’ve saved up if I would’ve knew. The lady called and got an attitude when I asked where she was calling from, she said she couldn’t release that information unless she knew it was me. It was honestly ridiculous because if she would’ve been nice in the first place I wouldn’t have hung up on her.
