They said they were a third party fraud detection company that represents a variety of banks. Then the rep started to ask me questions. I cut her off and hung up. I called my bank and they confirmed they're legitimate. However, my bank agreed that whoever called me gave out a lot of red flags, so I did the right thing. Third party fraud detection companies can easily be interpreted as someone trying to commit fraud since the customer wouldn't recognize their identify.

Tried to call my house phone first and then called my cellphone hung up and called back is a legit fraud center for my bank as I had made to many transactions in the day prior and my card was locked due to it so it’s not a spam but the number can be spoofed so just to be sure call your bank first before calling the number back

When I called 800# in text message was told they couldn’t find my information and asked for my card number. That was a red flag and I ended the call. Called the local branch number, they saw nothing suspicious but I canceled debit card anyway.
