Phishing for personal information. Will claim your last 4 of your card are invalid and then will put you on the phone with someone who will press you to confirm personal information and attempt to get you to approve invalid transactions. Do NOT believe the positive remarks on this page that have been posted by the scamming company. This is not a fraud department phone number. This IS a fraud.

This number is a legitimate number - it's a fraud center that is used by many small town banks like ours. Our bank gave us this number in case we have trouble with our debit cards. And the center has called us from this number when they saw a questionable transaction, so the number and company are not scammers. The fraud center tries to protect bank customers from identity theft. That being said, remember that scammers are pretty crafty and can copy legitimate numbers and make it appear as though they are calling from that number when they actually are not - this is called "spoofing". This happened at the dental office I worked at - a scammer was calling people making it look like they were calling from the dental office number (the dental office number came up on people's caller id) when they definitely were not. So that's why the above reviews are a mix of positive and negative - some received calls from the legitimate fraud center, others received calls from scammers who were spoofing the number.

This number called me. They left me a voicemail about suspicious activity on my card. I called my bank directly to confirm the message. They confirmed that there was suspicious activity on my card and that they really did try to contact me. I would recommend just calling your bank directly like I did to confirm.

I received two texts over the weekend with a very similar message, but mine said a Paypal account and it gave the last 4 digits of an account number. I don't have a paypal account. Definitely a scam.

I got a fraud alert from my bank via text message. This number was in the description to call. It is a legit number that provides financial services for fraudulent transactions. At first it was an automated system and I waited about 5 min before being connected to an actual human. We went line by line as I was looking at my online bank account to check what was authorized and what wasn’t.

Call was liget. My card had been breached. I live north of St Louis Mo., and charges on my account were down inTexas. Thanks to this was able to turn card off before anymore charges were made

I called the number back and it was a recording that answered this is the fraud dept and wanted the last 4 digits of my debit card so I just hung up.
