They claim to be from Fifth Third Bank, but won't tell you why they're calling until you identify yourself. After sternly telling them to not call again, I got an email from Fifth Third saying my contact information was changed. When I logged in I noticed my phone number was changed to all 9's. I then called customer service, and while they couldn't identify this number, they said it could be their collections department. Turns out I pay my auto loan a couple days after the due date and that triggers them to call. I blocked their number.

Calls anywhere from 0-8 times a day, 3-4 times a week. Fifth Third said that is not their number when I asked them directly. Also I don't have an account with them.

Called a couple times earlier, finally answered.. The recorded voice with background music said "thank you for calling 5/3rd, someone will be with you shortly".. then a different recorded voice said, "due to the pandemic, you may be speaking to someone from their home".. then a different voice asked me to continue to hold.. I hung up..

Says it's 5/3rd bank and requested personal information. Would not tell me what the call was until I gave them info. Which I did not. Do not give them your information!

Women called asked for my husband said it was personal business. I asked her where she was calling from she would not say. I told her I was his wife she can talk to me and she refused saying it was personal business. I told her I would not be answering any more of their calls. She advised me they would get in touch with him in another way. I said fine and I hung up on her. Not sure why she was calling. We are not in debt. So they can kiss off. Sure it was a scam. Can't wait to tell my husband about this when he gets home today.

Left message and said it was Fifth Third Bank, left number to call back.I called back and they asked for account number or social security number which I would not give to them. I asked why they keep calling and told them to stop. They said they were from Fifth Third Bank collections and needed my account number. I told them to remove me from their call list.

Female foreign voice saying she was calling from Fifth Third Band asking for my DOB right off, I wouldn't give it. Asked what it was about, she wouldn't say. She asked to verify address and I didn't give that either. Asked again what it was about. Red flags all over this caller and hung up. Called my work number.

Called, asked for DOB. Would not state what call was about. Told me to go online to our website 5/3 bank and see what call was about. Doesn’t show online what it could be? Looked up number and it come up as a law firm or telemarketer.
