This Loan Specialist Kenneth N. Reached out to me 2 times via email within a 24 hour time frame & the 3rd time via a phone call shortly after the 2nd email to tell me that I need to go to my portal and complete my application; to press the “submit for Processing” button so that my loan application can be processed. I did it while on the phone with him and he was able to see that I press the submit button. Now my Application status says “Your Application is being processed”
