lowering credit card rates offer (Scam call) reported by


A couple of robotic voices told me I'd been selected to lower my credit card rate, and to wait a minute. Then a human told me my profile had been specially selected for this privilege. The customer service person simply hung up when I suggested he was working for a scam company, since I do not have a credit card. Very fishy.
