first called me from a phone number that had my home town area code that started with automated message, then transferred me to a man with Indian accent offering me lower interest rates on my credit cards. Later the call back was from this toll free number from the same man. He hung up on me when i mentioned having read this is spam.

These are HORRIBLE PEOPLE who PHONE SCAM people! What I have learned from this experience is to Google the numbers calling. Thank goodness for sights like these that EXPOSE these people~

Claimed they worked with all mastercard and visa's to lower interest rate and needed my information. When i declined and asked to be taken off the call list i hung up and they called me back from a different number. First number was 618-562-2961, called back from 800-847-2911 asking why I hung up.
