Spectrum Cable past due payment reminder robocall. Called me SIX times today alone, and my account is already up to date! Annoying, unprofessional, and of no use to their customers. Borderline harassment, no option to speak to a human. Not surprising, given their terrible monopoly pricing, horrible customer service, relentless and constant marketing and upselling, absolutely bug-laden hardware that you are required to use, and the terrible interfaces of their website and streaming apps. Service is reliable, but there's nothing else good I can say about Spectrum.
