Call back, and for the 10 digit account number give them 3825968866 (F*U2) spelled out. They will answer, and the first question they ask is: "Do you have Spectrum Services?" They are clueless as to why you are calling, so be sure to give them all kinds of the wrong answers and keep them online as long as you can. If it really were Spectrum, they'd have caller ID and would recognize you are calling from one of their phones. So this is a scam call, they are very good, but failed miserably. We pay our bill automatically each month before it is even due electronically out of our accounts, and therefore can never be in arrears. Beware!

Grandma of 5

Same # has called me 4 times today. I answered with, "WHAT!?, WHAT!?", last 3 and No Response!! I hung up! Extremely Annoying for sure! Spectrum harassing me All the time! My pymt is never late! The BBB told me to Report every number they CALL from!!! ~~~>

So I did call Spectrum back and told them my payment was on the way. They said they'd credit me until the check arrives (usually 3-5 business days) and the phone calls should stop for now. They say it's good to contact them so she can put a stop to the annoying calls.

Sprectum Payment Center, FUCK Us Low income people over monthly., Assholes Sprectum Payment Center turns Cable off every month 3 to 5 days before we get our Goverment Check. and then charges 4.95 to turn it back on after payment. Damn money makers assholes.
