knew my last four of Social, knew my address, and the last four of my checking acct. said i took a payday loan in 2011 and when the lender tried to collect payment the bank refused for lack of funds (never would have happend, if i took a loan (which i didnt) ) scam, but worried on how they got the last four of my checking acct.

Calls won't stop. I am not the person they say they are calling. Google people saying it a identify theft ring. some saying calling to collect money. I put block on number they change and call on different number. Even, get around block and leave message on Voice mail. Can't Stop Them. Legal next.

These bastards just keep robot calling asking for people by name. It says to hang up if you are not them. I kept hanging up and it still calls. I satyed on and it just hangs up on you. SO annoying!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

These people claim I owe 500.00 from 2009. They are not willing to give me anymore into than that..won't send me acct. Number or dates etc. Are only willing to give me a deal..if I paid now I would pay 250.00. They threatened going to court and eventually got mad at me and hung up on me. This debt I supposedly owe I have never seen a collection notice or has it ever showed up on my credit report.
