Indian man called me and said he was from Telus. Offering some kind of promotion; I couldn't understand all that he said, so I asked him to repeat himself. He then asked me if I spoke Hindi, which I said no. Then Punjabi, which I again said no and informed him I just speak English. He then seemed a bit upset and muttered to himself, whereupon I told him I wasn't interested in whatever he was trying to sell, said good-bye, and hung up. Based on my interaction, this appears to be a scam. If it were actually Telus they wouldn't have their operators trying to immediately switch which language they're speaking when asked to repeat themselves once, not to mention the unprofessionalism of him muttering.

Indian Man tried to say he was from Best buy (Scam call) reported by


He called me initially with an offer from Best Buy for a deal on a cell phone and Fitbit watch. When I politely said "No thanks" he pestered me to the point I hung up on him. He called back immediately. I didn't answer the first time. The second time I answered, I wish I hadn't. He asked if I was male or female, he solicited sex and informed me that he has a "Big ****" He kept saying "are you the ****?" He's attempted to call back twice since. This all happened within about two hours
