This is a collection agency (Credit Management Services). They are calling because you owe somebody money. It is legit. It is a pain to be dogged by them but it is not a scam call. They do not leave a message and that is irritating. I blocked them.

Called and asked to speak to my father, I told them he was unavailable. Then said they wanted to speak to his spouse.... I once again stated I was the daughter of the person they were asking for and how could I help them. They again asked to speak to my father or his spouse. I said he’s unavailable and she’s dead so how may I help you. They hung up
