Person asked to speak to my father, he passed 2 months ago. I told him no he could not speak to him, he hung up. Then a few hours later someone called again, no one on the line.

I cancelled my Comcast account 2 months ago. I returned all the equipment and received verification of such, so they don't call "if you have equipment to be returned" as another user reported. I DO have an unpaid account balance, so I'm sure they call about that (every day). It will be a VERY long time before I pay that closing balance, as my closed cable bill is the least important thing in my life, during a global pandemic. I've sent them $5.00 each month so that a monthly is reflected, but I've told them I care almost next to nothing about that bill (which is under $200). Losing / cancelling Comcast, moving and switching to a new provider in a new city, was the BEST thing to happen in this terrible year. The cost and service from a competitor (WAVE) has been far superior. Stuff it, Comcast.

Rec'd call yesterday. Man (with foreign accent) said he was from Comcast and wanted to speak to me (had my name) about my cancellation. Then he asked me for detailed info so he could continue speaking with me. I told him NO, he called me wanting to talk, so I shouldn't have to give him any info. And, I hung up. Rec'd another call today from same number. I didn't answer. No message left.

This number called me, and it only rang twice. Out of curiosity, I called back, and a woman answered after an automated system says they were accessing my account information. When she came to the phone, she said she was calling from Comcast, about an unresolved balance on my bill. Since I have never had Comcast in my entire life, I found this highly suspect, told her that I thought it was a scam, and warned her to never call again. I then called the Comcast 800 number, and they told me indeed that this was a scam, they get many calls about it, and there is no such number in their system for any of their Department's. It is an offshore scam, and they have been targeting their customers for many years now. So if anybody who says they work for Comcast and that people need to pay their bills, they are liars, they do not work for Comcast, and this is not part of their Billing System. Good luck!

BEWARE. They claim to be Comcast billing, asking for name, address, phone number, and last four of social to confirm the account. I called the real Comcast and they told me to block the number and that it's good I didn't give any information.

It is ConCrap calling. I have it in my will that my kids are not to pay my final bill with them. After years of getting screwed and ripped off on my bills w them I got Metronet. Comcast...I will go to my grave owing you my final bill !!!

This was a robocall stating to stay on the line for Comcast. Everywhere I've read says the same thing...scam, stating they are from Comcast. Makes perfect sense, since I don't have a balance according to the real Comcast. lol
